Corrections and factual updates
Limits and legal routes change. Our correction process is designed to fix material errors quickly without erasing the history of what changed or why.
Submit a correction
Give us enough information to reproduce the issue.
Email editorial@highlimitcryptocasino.com with the page URL, disputed statement, proposed correction and supporting public document or dated capture. Operators should identify their role. Players should remove account numbers, identity documents, wallet seed phrases and sensitive transaction credentials.
A screenshot alone may be insufficient if its domain, date, account state or surrounding terms cannot be established. We may request a public route or redacted context that permits verification.
- Exact page and claim.
- Source URL, document version and retrieval date.
- Casino, jurisdiction, asset, network and tier where relevant.
- What changed and when it became effective, if known.
Priority
Material harm and scope determine review speed.
A wrong withdrawal ceiling, false operator identity, licence mismatch, broken affiliate destination or unsafe wallet instruction receives urgent review. Typographical and stylistic issues are queued without delaying a material factual fix.
We do not promise a fixed response time for every submission. Evidence quality, operator verification and the number of linked scenarios can affect the review.
Decision
Accepted changes propagate through the system.
A material correction updates the source record, affected claim, scenario verdict, score, confidence, metadata, Finder output and any cluster ranking that uses that field. The change record names the old and new value when both are known.
If the evidence remains disputed, the page shows the conflict rather than forcing an artificial resolution. A rejected request is not proof that the existing claim is permanent; it means the proposed evidence did not yet justify a change.
Transparency
Corrections are not silently backdated.
The change ledger records when our publication detected a change. We only use an effective date when evidence establishes it. Initial baseline entries are labelled as baselines, not invented historical changes.
Minor grammar, layout and accessibility fixes do not receive a public factual-change event unless they alter meaning.
